The Electric State RPG rulebook is a beautifully illustrated hardback volume printed in top quality paper with previously unpublished art by Simon Stalenhag. Beyond the rules it includes a detailed runthrough of the US in the alternate 1990s and extensive tools for generating Locations and Journeys, as well as a pre-made sample Journey and several complete Locations to include in your Journey or play as short stand-alone adventures
