WHERE WE DELIVER

We can deliver anywhere in the UK, excluding BFPO addresses. We are also able to deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We also deliver by air (some restrictions apply) to Afghanistan, Albania, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and the USA.

Please Note: Orders placed for delivery within the UK can only be paid for using a UK registered debit or credit card. Orders placed for delivery to the European countries listed can be paid for using a UK registered debit or credit card. All orders placed are in GBP (£).

 

Order Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel any orders, in which circumstances a full refund will be made.

• Please note that delivery times do not include the 24-48 business hours we require for packing and despatch.

• Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

• If you'd like to have items sent to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

• We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

WHAT IF IM NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER

Deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you can't be there to sign for delivery remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friends place, etc.

If no one is at the delivery address the courier will leave a card with details to arrange pick-up or redelivery.

Please note: We instruct our couriers not to accept customer requests to leave parcels in a safe please, even if this is an option offered by the courier. This is to protect all our customers from lost parcels.

 

WHAT ONLY PART OF MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we were out of stock you will have received an email to let you know. If your order is obviously incomplete, please Email: [email protected] or telephone +44 (0) 141 552 7244 any time between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

Please note that we cannot ship multiple items containing batteries by air at any one time under IATA regulations. Currently, this means customers in Afghanistan, Albania, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and the USA will face delayed or cancelled orders if they check out with more than one battery-inclusive item. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

RETURNS

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using. However, we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. We recommend that you keep your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Please read on for specific information about how to manage your return.

 

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order provided that you notify us in writing no later than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to cancel, follow the procedures below.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

If you wish to change or cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 141 552 7244 any time between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please have the order confirmation number and date the order was placed to hand. They will be happy to cancel the existing order and create a new order for you. If the goods have not been dispatched you will not have been charged but we will need to take your payment details again as we do not store these.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns & Exchange Procedure below.

 

Pre Order conditions

Pre-order is a service that lets you order a product before the official launch date.

The following conditions apply for pre-orders:

1) Delivery

  • We aim to deliver pre-ordered products on the official launch date, provided that we have received and processed your payment.  This is not always possible due to availability at our warehouse.
  • Delivery charges may apply to all pre-orders unless otherwise stated.
  • Standard Delivery timelines (estimated 6 to 8 days) will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available.
  • A1TOYS.COM / A1COMICS.COM / A1GAMES.COM will endeavour to deliver on the launch date, however, should there be any unforeseen circumstances, we will deliver to customers in strict chronological order, which may be after the launch date. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping delays from the manufacturer due to adverse weather, items being held in customs and manufacturing issues.
  • In the event of a shipping delay we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise, but this is not always possible.

2) Payment 

  • Payment will be taken as soon as the order is received. 

3) Separate shipping

  • Pre-ordered products are shipped separately. 
  • They will not be sent with any other A1TOYS.COM / A1COMICS.COM / A1GAMES.COM products. 
  • If pre-orders are placed at the same time as regular orders, your online order status and shipping confirmation emails may include the pre-order.

 

 

Your pre-order purchase is also subject to our General Terms and Conditions.

*NON–EU COUNTRIES: Import duties and taxes may be levied once your order reaches your country. Charges depend on the value of the package and where it is being delivered to. We cannot control these charges nor predict what they might be. For further information on import duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

 

 

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us online, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. We regret that, due to hygiene reasons, undergarments (pants, boxers and socks) are non-returnable, except when the item is faulty or if the incorrect item has been delivered. ***


If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

 

Online Returns and Exchanges by Post:

1. Return goods in a fully resalable condition within 28 days. These 28 days begin from the day your order has been shipped

2. The goods should not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The original packaging and swing tickets must remain intact; swimwear items will only be accepted with the hygiene sticker still in place.

3. Please contact [email protected] for returns instructions. We also suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate or use a traceable postal service with the appropriate level of compensation, should you be concerned that your parcel maybe lost, or damaged in transit to us.

We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit.

Please Note: Online purchases cannot be returned to any stores. To keep our delivery costs to a minimum all returns of non-faulty products are returned at the customers cost. Please contact us prior to returning your goods. If you request an exchange for your item we will credit your card for the returned item and then place a new order for the exchange item, for which we will need your card details. There is no delivery charge for your exchange item.

 

REFUND POLICY

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from A1comics.com \ A1games.com \ A1toys.com \ Static Games we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. See Returns & Exchange Procedures for more details.

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. ***

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Please allow 21 days for your refund to be processed

 

DELIVERY & RETURN CHARGES

For purchases made from A1Toys.com / A1comics.com / A1Games.com / Static Games, we will refund your original delivery charge and return postage only when a product is faulty or damaged, not when a product is simply unwanted. ***

 

PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE

Please return to any A1 Toys store within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange, with receipt. If the product returned is not faulty it should be in a fully resalable condition, if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. ***

Exceptions: Please note that we cannot accept a return or refund on an unsealed hardcover, or trade paperback, graphic novel.***

***None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

 

MATERIAL YOU PROVIDE TO US

If you send ideas, remarks, questions, data, graphics or the like ("the Submissions") to the Site, these will be deemed to be non-confidential and we will be entitled to use or disclose the Submissions in any manner whatsoever, without liability or notice to you. The Submissions or any other information you send to the Site should not be, or contain, material which is offensive, pornographic, defamatory, blasphemous, unlawful or likely to infringe any applicable law, whether civil, criminal or religious. COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Employees of the A1 Toys group of companies, their agents and families are excluded from entering the draw.

Those professionally associated with the promotion and their families are excluded from entering the draw.

Entry into this competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of A1 Toys.

Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person. Entries from agents or third parties are invalid. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of receipt.

A1 Toys cannot be held responsible for entries lost, delayed or unclear.

The winners will be selected at random from all the entries received before the closing date and time.

The winners may also be contacted by the promoters agents or third parties to arrange provision of the prize.

Winners will be notified by private message within 14 days of the closing date.

Should A1 Toys be unable to contact the winners, or the winners fail to accept the prize by email, phone call or letter within 14 days, another winner will be selected at random.

The winners agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity

There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. A1 Toys reserves the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.

The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Terms and Conditions

If you return a product unused, with the original receipt within 28 days of purchase we will exchange the product or issue a refund based on the original method of payment. For purchases made by debit/credit card, the same card must be used to process the refund.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or require proof of identity.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.

 

If the product is faulty, or is not as described, we may offer an exchange or refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
